Select "NVIDIA Scaling" for the interpolation image driver before sending images to the monitor. This option is most suitable for early versions of flat screens. Please note that the use of this scaling mode significantly increases the load on the system and leads to slowing of the keyboard and mouse.
Select "NVIDIA Scaling with fixed aspect ratio" to maintain the existing aspect ratio of the picture when performing the interpolation image driver. This may be relevant for widescreen displays when trying to use full screen applications running at a ratio of 4:3. Basically, this problem refers to older versions of different games.
By default, the recommended option is "Use built-in scaling capabilities of the display," because in this mode, the interpolation applies a built-in scaler in the monitor. In most cases, it copes with this task better driver.
In laptops there is also the option "No scaling" allows to display an existing image in the center of the screen. This enables only the active pixels, and there is a black border around the picture.
