You will need
- For baked carp:
- — 1.5 kg carp;
- — 50 ml of wine;
- — 50 g of honey;
- — 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- spices for fish to taste.
- For carp
- baked with nuts and pomegranate seeds:
- — 1 medium-sized carp;
- — 150 g walnuts;
- — 1 pomegranate;
- — 2 bulbs;
- — 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon;
- — 3 Bud cloves;
- — 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- ground red pepper to taste.
