You will need
- mushrooms - 150 g;
- onion - 1 piece;
- flour - 1 tbsp;
- milk or cream 200 ml;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- pepper to taste.
Prepare the foods. Mushrooms rinse with boiling water, rinse under running water, dry on a paper towel and cut into thin small plates. Dill wash and finely chop. And milk or cream – warm to room temperature.
On a heated pan pour the oil and when it will be heated add mushrooms. Then reduce fire and cook them, stirring from time to time, 7-8 minutes.
Add mushrooms to the flour and thoroughly mix it with the mushrooms. Then slowly pour into the pan milk or cream, stirring constantly with a spoon to avoid unpleasant lumps.
The resulting mass, bring to the boil, add salt and pepper to taste. Then reduce heat and simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should be homogeneous in composition and slightly thicken.
Then turn off the heat, add the chopped parsley, cover skillet and let the sauce stand for a few minutes.
Put the cooked salmon steak in a large flat dish lined with lettuce leaves. Then pour it on top of the prepared sauce and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
If you love sour dishes and squeeze into the boiling sauce a few slices of lemon. And to make it even more spicy flavor, throw some more lemon zest.
The sauce can be prepared without mushrooms. To do this, simply fry until Golden brown the flour, then pour into it the cream and continue to cook on the specified recipe.
In this creamy sauce and you can bake salmon. To do this, prepare it as described, put the fish in a fireproof casserole dish, pour the sauce on top and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then lay the cooked salmon on a plate and decorate with greens.
