You will need
- 500 g pike;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 30 g millet groats;
- 20 g of butter;
- 1 teaspoon flour;
- 1 tea spoon of vinegar of 3%;
- Bay leaf;
- ground black pepper
- cumin to taste.
Fresh fish needs to be cleaned and rinse with cold water.
Gut, remove the heads, tails.
Cut into pieces and wash in water.
Pike put in a saucepan, cover with cold water.
Add salt, pepper, Bay leaf, cumin. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Carrots and onions fry in butter. Add the flour and fry for 5 minutes.
Parsley wash and chop.

Millet cereal rinse and put in the broth. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add onions and carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
Put the potatoes, salt, pepper. Leave it to cook on slow heat for 10 minutes.
