You will need
- 10 fish salmon trout;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Fresh dorse clean, gut.
Cut off all fins and head.
Wash well under running cold water.
Liberally salt inside and out.
