Advice 1: How to change the name in the passport

Having entered into lawful marriage, you can take the name of its second half. But there are times when I want to change the name for some other reasons. The law does not forbid us to do so, moreover, this right is spelled out in the Civil code.

Submit to the authority of the Registrar application for change of name.
