You will need
- For the dough:
- 3.5-4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1.5 cups water or milk
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 20 g fresh yeast or 7 g dry
- ½ Tsp salt
- For the filling:
- 4 eggs
- 300 g of green onions
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- a pinch of salt
- 50 g butter for greasing pies
Heat the milk to 30-35 degrees.
Dissolve sugar in milk and add the yeast.
Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
Lightly whisk the eggs.
Melt the spread.
Sift the flour, add spread, egg yolks, yeast with milk, salt and knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for rasstavaniya 1.5 hours.
