You will need

- cranberries – 200 g;

- cranberries – 1 Cup;
- balsamic vinegar – 2 tablespoons;
- sugar – 1 tablespoon;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- dried thyme – quarter teaspoon;
For cooking the simplest version of cranberry sauceand rinse the berries. If you are using frozen cranberries, defrost it. Cover berries with boiling water and simmer for fifteen minutes over medium heat.
