You will need

Take the vinegar (acid). Please note that 100 ml of the acid contains 70 ml of pure vinegar. Decide what concentration you dilute vinegar. In cooking and housework, the most common 3%, 6% and 9% vinegar. For marinades and a variety of dressings most often used is 9%.
Look at the label pasted on the bottle with vinegar. Usually there listed as it should be diluted to obtain vinegar. If you need to prepare for a 3 percent vinegar, dilute 1 part acid with 22 parts water. To receive 6% vinegar, dilute 1 part acid with 11 parts water. And to make 9% vinegar, 1 part acetic acid, dilute with 7 parts water.
Make reverse proportion to correctly calculate the required amount of water and acetic acid to prepare the desired amount of vinegar any other concentration. For example, if you need to prepare 100 ml of 10% vinegar, then perform simple calculations. 100 ml of 10% vinegar contains 10 ml of 100% vinegar; 100 ml of 70% vinegar (or acid) - 70 ml. Get proportion of: 100 refers to 70 as x - 10. This shows that x=14,3. Therefore, you need to add 14,3 ml of vinegar to the 85.7 ml of water. Based on this scheme, you'll need 36 ml of vinegar and 64 ml of water to prepare a 25% vinegar; 71 ml acid and 29 ml of water to prepare a 50% vinegar.
Don't forget that acetic acid can cause extremely severe burns to mucous membranes, can cause severe poisoning, sometimes fatal. Never leave a bottle or a jar of acid without a signature. Do not store acetic acid in places where it can easily get small children.
Please note that 1 teaspoon contains approximately 5 g of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon – 15 g.
